How does it work?
You'll need to provide pgTop access to your database by creating a dedicated role. We'll get in touch with precise setup instructions. Don't worry, it is pretty simple.
Your database needs to be accessible to the internet for pgTop SaaS product to work. If your database isn't accessible to the internet pgTop also work via an on-premises installation.
Is my data safe?
Yes! pgTop doesn't need access to your database tables, so your data is always safe.
In fact, during setup we'll run automated checks to make sure the provided credentials do not grant access to any of your data.
What is the refund policy?
Super flexible. We'll refund your first payment in full within 30 days. You can cancel anytime.
